  gives you criticism?  
     
Describe Skill Steps 1.  Look at the person.  
  2. Say "Okay."  
  3. No arguing.  
  (Not if life-threatening or if it may harm you.)  
     
     
     
     
Rationale If you can accept criticism, you may learn from
